Felipe López Gómez is a Colombian-Canadian filmmaker temporarily based in Toronto. In 2018 he participated in the “Filming in Peru” workshop with Werner Herzog, where he produced his first short film, Un joven sueño. He recently completed an M.F.A. in Film Production at York University in Toronto. His works have screened at film festivals and exhibitions such as Oberhausen, Frames of Representation at the Institute of Contemporary Arts in London, the Bogotá Short Film Festival and the Munich Film Museum.

Sucursal — Herman is a 12-year-old boy who lives with his grandparents in the country house. When his family decides to sell their house and leave the region due to economic and social instability, Herman finds a horse in an abandoned home and develops a strong bond with it, trying to keep one last memory of his childhood in this place.
