Clare Bulua (USA)

Clare Bulua is a Brooklyn-based filmmaker interested in exploring stories with humor and heart. After several years in Los Angeles, fortunate to work with some incredible people, Clare returned to New York and received her M.F.A. at New York University’s Graduate Film program. Her short films have screened at various festivals, including Aspen Shortsfest, Cleveland, Napa Valley, Berkshires, and Tribeca. Her short film Humpty was licensed to play nationally on PBS. She has since had the honor of being selected as an IFP Marcie Bloom Fellow and participate in the Bloom/Spiegel Partnership, begun the monumental adventure of raising two children, and is developing several projects, including the feature follow up to Humpty.
