Synopsis

Acclaimed conductor María Valenzuela, whose musical echo has faded into an inner silence, and whose family and professional ties have weakened to the point of fragility, desperately seeks to rekindle her glory in a prestigious international conducting competition in New York. Obsessed with the pursuit of lost approval and applause from others, the unexpected arrival of the charismatic guest conductor Juventino Robles alters the course of her quest, leading her on a journey of self-discovery that questions her place in the world. It is in the longing for past triumph where defeat presents itself as the beginning to build new glories.
