David Muñoz Guerrero is a Colombian filmmaker with more than 25 years of experience as a film and television director. He is interested in cinema as a mirror of humanity and is passionate about exploring narratives, always looking for the best point of view for each story he wants to tell. He has directed fiction, documentary, music videos and advertising projects. He has been directing fiction projects since 2012 and in 2020 he decided to fulfill his dreams and devote much of his time to writing. Throughout his career he has felt a special connection with the history and idiosyncrasy of his country, Colombia. David is currently developing two films, one of which is Tierra, a love story about two men displaced by violence which explores the mistakes we continue to make as a society.

Tierra — Reinaldo and Orlando return —along with a group of men— to the land they lost because of the war, where the two young men rekindle a love that will take them back to their exile.
