Edwin Cortes is a Colombian screenwriter and director who studied film and television at the National University of Colombia. His most notable short film is Soy una invención, which was supported by the Ministry of Culture of Colombia and was an official selection in several international festivals. Edwin was a participant in the Ibero-American Audiovisual Project Development Course organized by the Ibermedia Program, with his script Dile al diablo que no estoy muerto. He is a founding partner of the production company Los Notarios and has won several awards and recognitions in advertising. He is currently the content director of Los Notarios and is developing a portfolio of fiction and documentary projects, as well as managing literary licenses to produce series and films.
