Gabriela Capello is a Brazilian scriptwriter, director and creator of original content. She has over 10 years of experience working for many production companies and players such as Netflix, Disney, Warner and Nickelodeon. Her work includes the scripts for the drama Rule 34, winner of the Golden Leopard at the Locarno Film Festival, the horror A Mother’s Embrace, which premiered at Sitges Film Festival, and the dark comedy Primetime Villain, which screened at the Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo international film festivals. She is also author of original projects for series and films that have been to both Brazilian and international labs and workshops such as Torino Film Lab (TFL), Columbia University, Anima Mundi, Varilux French Film Festival, and the Porto Alegre Screenwriting Festival (FRAPA).
