Juan Pablo Arias Muñoz (Chile)

Juan Pablo Arias Muñoz is a Chilean director, screenwriter and producer, a Fulbright Scholarship recipient and winner of the 2020 HBOAccess Directing Fellowship. He graduated with an M.F.A. in Directing from the American Film Institute Conservatory in Los Angeles, California, and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Communication and Audiovisual Directing from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. His award-winning work has been exhibited at dozens of film festivals around the world, including the New York Film Festival, the Stockholm International Film Festival, the Seattle International Film Festival and the Sitges Fantastic Film Festival. Juan Pablo is currently developing feature films and TV series for the United States and Latin America.
