Mario Furloni (Brazil)

Mario Furloni is a Brazilian film director, writer and director of photography. His feature debut, Freeland (USA, 2021), premiered at the SXSW Film Festival and won several awards in the festival circuit. Mario’s naturalistic camerawork can be seen in several recent films, including the critically acclaimed documentary The Return (USA, 2016) and the Oscar®nominated documentary Crip Camp (USA, 2020). Mario is a founding member of the Brazilian Filmmakers Collective.
