2025 Script Revision Lab

Talia Shea Levin creates new worlds in her work as a director, writer, and producer for film, theater, and virtual reality. Her short films and dance films, including Make Me a Pizza, have screened at film festivals such as SXSW, Sitges, Fantasia, and Clermont-Ferrand, and have been featured in IndieWire and on Vimeo Staff Picks, Short of the Week, and NOWNESS. Talia holds a degree in Screenwriting and Directing from Carnegie Mellon University and has continued her education at artist residencies such as the Reykjavik Film Festival Talent Lab and PlayLab Film’s workshop in the Peruvian Amazon with Apichatpong Weerasethakul. She has been commissioned to write multiple feature films by independent production companies and was one of five feature-length projects selected to pitch at the 2025 Fantasia/Frontières market. Talia is also a film educator through the Latino Film Institute’s Youth Cinema Project, as well as a member of the international Dutch and Mexican art collective Snowapple.
