Storylines Lab 2026

Victoria Fiore is a director based between Rio de Janeiro and Beirut. Her work explores resistance and the relationship between people and their land. Her debut feature, Nascondino, premiered in competition at CPH:DOX and BFI London Film Festival, while her latest short film, Pavilhão, premiered at Tribeca Film Festival in 2025. Both have received multiple awards, including Best Director, and screened at international festivals such as Zurich, AFI FEST, Shanghai, Melbourne and Moscow. Trained in scriptwriting and film education at the International School of Film and Television (EICTV) in Cuba, she also leads workshops and provides mentorship for young people. She is currently developing her first fiction project, Terra Prometida, produced by Rhiza Films. Victoria is the founder of Zágara Films.
