Cine Qua Non Lab is pleased to announce the participants selected for the Spanish edition of its 2021 Script Revision Lab.
The Script Revision Lab gives independent filmmakers from around the world the opportunity to work intensively on their feature length narrative scripts in an environment structured to foster professional collaboration and high-quality script development.
The Spanish edition of the Script Revision Lab will be held online and will have a duration of 15 consecutive days. The lab sessions will take place from November 3rd through December 5th, 2021, with a follow-up session in February/March 2022.
The lab will be facilitated by Helena Medina (Spain), Paz Alicia Garciadiego (Mexico) and Silvia Pasternac (Mexico).
As part of its partnership with the Bogotá Audiovisual Market (BAM), Cine Qua Non Lab selected Los últimos románticos, a Colombian project by Diego González Cruz, for the Spanish edition of its Script Revision Lab. The Brazilian project Sobre discos, amigos y mi antiguo barrio, by Giovanni Rizzo Netto, is participating in the lab as part of Cine Qua Non Lab’s collaboration with Projeto Paradiso.
The 18 participants in the Spanish edition of the 2021 Script Revision Lab come from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, Spain and Venezuela, and were selected based on the quality, freshness and originality of their projects.
